- I am a young up and coming chef in the culinary world. Originally from Midland, MI and a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, I ventured my way into the culinary field in 2004. After graduating from Western Culinary Institute, a Le Cordon Bleu affiliated school, I managed restaurants in both southern California and central Florida. In 2008 I opened Flying Trout Catering. I reside in Port Orange, FL where I intend to have my catering business develop, grow and prosper.
